Waste Accountant

As an industry we are committed to improving efficiency by reducing waste and redirecting waste from landfill. By pledging to reduce waste within everything we do, a new waste management system ‘WasteAccountant.com’ has been launched to manage much of this process. This online system makes it easy to record all aspects of waste management, including automatic calculation of the carbon footprint of every aspect of the process. It can also calculate statistics such as the total waste spend and percentage of recycling achieved at each depot. Tonnages can be broken down by works activities, landfill costs and fees, broken down by vehicle, waste stream and depot.
